The 6-aside league games will be held on Wednesday and Friday nights from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. The league will begin on September 20th and 22nd, depending on the chosen league, and will take place at the Caloundra Federation Football Club located at 174 Meridian Way, Meridan Plains, QLD, 4551.
The league offers three competition categories: Open Men’s, Women/Mix, and Social. Participants can choose the category that best suits their preferences and playing style.
The league will run for 11 weeks. The final week will host finals for the top 4 teams in each category. These finals will determine the ultimate winners of the league.
You must register online or with the organisation before you play. Additionally, participants need to have signed the waiver and completed the payment process to be eligible to play.
Yes, you can join the league without a team. However, if you don’t have a team, the league organisers will assist in creating a team for you. Please note that this process may take some time to organise.
Yes, you can bring a friend to play. However, your friend must sign a waiver either online or on the night before participating.
The cost of participation is $170 for the entire season or $17 per night. You can choose to pay upfront for the entire season or pay on a fortnightly basis.
Payment must be received before you play. You can make the payment either through bank transfer or by card on the night. Cash payments will not be accepted.
League tables and fixtures will be emailed to all participants on Wednesdays and Fridays, depending on your league. They will also be available on the league’s website. Please note that fixtures can change before 1 pm.
Team captains are responsible for handling all players’ payments and team organisation. If you’re part of a team, communicate with your team captain for payment details.
Yes, players must be a minimum of 16 years old to participate in the league.
Yes, the referee will award a Man/Woman of the Match for each game. This award comes with a prize, acknowledging exceptional performance.
The winners of the finals will receive a trophy and a 50% discount on the next season’s registration fees.
If your team cannot field a match, please contact the organisers. Failure to contact us will result in a $100 forfeit fee.
We encourage you to get in touch so we can organise another team for you to play against.
If you’re missing only a few players, please still contact us, and we can help fill in the gaps with available players.
You’re also welcome to bring extra players, but they need to report to the organiser, sign a waiver, and make a payment.

Futsal
The Futsal league will take place at two locations: Kawana State School and Meridan Community Church. The venue you play out will depend on your division and what competition you are in.
The Futsal league games will be played on Friday nights from 6:00 PM to 9:45 PM. This schedule allows participants to enjoy their games after regular working or school hours.
Each team in the Futsal league needs a minimum of 5 players, it is recommended to have 7 players minimum for both subs and keep costs down. It’s recommended to have a combination of field players and a designated goalkeeper.
The duration of the Futsal league season will be 10 weeks/ 3 months. Including a play offs night at the end of each season with a final to determine the winner and the rest of the Divisions final positions.

Both individual players and pre-formed teams are welcome to join the Futsal league. If you are an individual player looking to join a team, the league organisers may assist in matching you with an existing team or forming new teams. However, you may not always be put in a team but you can come to nights as a sub for other teams until we find you a team.
The competition is an opens league so you have to be above 16 and have played in opens competitions before.
